Managing Director Sarah Chilvers first met Emerald when her company was two years old and displaying a fragmented identity and in need of a structured marketing strategy. What the company had was tremendous potential matched only by the enthusiasm and unlimited energy of the Directors. The first year of the partnership saw the identity refreshed across a range of material, a PR campaign planned and implemented, a new website created, direct mail and database management implemented, and a resulting increase in awareness of the company among its target audience.
The company overachieved against its target in 2004 and 2005 and enjoyed a year of dramatic growth in 2006. The role for Emerald has developed to be the protector of the brand as well as the lead in projects dealing with all business development activity at ChilversMcCrea - in reality Emerald is the outsourced marketing department for ChilversMcCrea Healthcare.
In an NHS that is in a constant state of change, ChilversMcCrea provides a high level of primary care in areas that many people have been reluctant to operate.
